for an individual with 10 + years’ experience
as a
Superintendent
for design build, turnkey construction projects, and a background in
Residential
and
Multifamily
projects. This position would earn a
generous base salary

Required work experience:
10+ years
of experience as a
Superintendent
is a
MUST
Experienced with
Residential
and
Multifamily
ground-up/new construction
projects (ranging from $1M-$10M) is a
MUST
Proficiency in
communicating and coordinating with clients ,
tradesmen , and
subcontractors
is a
MUST
Experience managing a crew of up to 10 for multiple sites/projects at the same time is a
MUST
Experience with
Construction Management
and
Administration
including: maintaining daily logs, managing daily site activities, labor and material management, equipment management, safety documentation, blueprint reading etc. is
