Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self‑motivated individual to fill the role of Stock Manager.
Responsibilities The Stock Manager is responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity, efficiency and customer serviceas well as managing the team responsiblestocking items on the shelves and ensuring the neat, orderly condition of the store.

Maintain a high level of productivity, efficiency and customer service:
Not a supervisory role
Ensure customer service goals are continuously met
Formulate and enforce picking goals for each area/zone of the warehouse.
Ensure dock to stock for most lineswithin 72 hours.
Work with purchasing to develop and implement procedures for unloading orders from vendors and stocking them on our shelves.
Ensuretrucks/ trailers are efficiently and accurately loaded/ unloaded to support the efficient movement of goods and materials to their destinationsto fulfill commitment to our customers and support sales objectives.
Work with dispatchers and outbound production team to enhance customer service via delivery vehicles.
Check in and post orders from hubs and vendors
Maintain an accurate count of inventory
Assist parts pullers to locate and identify parts
Handle damaged deliveries, report damaged merchandise to shippers and vendors
Coordinate with store manager and purchasing on inventory updates and replacements
Perform other related duties as assigned
Oversee operations
Maintain a meticulous standard for cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the warehouse.
Maintain a safe working environment. Ensure that safety and compliance practices meet DOT and OSHA standards
Maintain 5S warehouse principles are administered and followed on a routine basis
Manage carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) and local (contract) delivery relationships
Qualifications
Must have
2-4
years experienceas a stock manager
Expertise in supply chain, logistics, and time sensitive distribution required
Experience with WMS/ inventory management system, RF technology and conveyor technology
Must possess ability to multi‑task and adjust to dynamic order flow fluctuations as needed
Must be a self‑starter and possess the ability to identify areas drifting behind in production and pro‑activelytake action to get back on track
Experience in tracking metrics, including key performance indicators such as inbound/outbound productivity.
Knowledge of automotive parts preferred
Forklift, Hazmat and OSHA Certifications preferred
Clean/ valid drivers license preferred
Ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand/ walk for up to 10 hours, able to squat, bend and reach, able to climb and descend stairs safely (applies to locations with stairs)
Ability to work powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker etc)
Maintain and promote workplace safety
Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
