We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor who can build strong relationships with our Loan Originators and Customers. This professional will partner with our team to assist Originators and Customers through the loan process.
What You’ll Do
Independently calculate all types of self-employed income.
Fund a minimum of 20 units per month while working toward the same units for the following month.
Monitor and manage workflow to ensure timely closings.
Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on changes to market conditions.
Proficiency with AUS systems.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending.
Communicate with borrowers, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc. to expedite the mortgage process.
What You'll Need To Be Successful
3+ years of continuous current retail Mortgage Processing experience (preferred).
TRID knowledge required.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, & VA underwriting guidelines.
Experience using LoanSoft LOS is a plus.
Salesforce experience and knowledge of working within a database is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Teamwork and customer service are a must.
Self-motivated and energetic.
Strong computer and technology-related skills.
Able to work independently and proactively, prioritizing workload and handling multiple tasks.
