* Applies deep expertise in HPE storage portfolio (block, file, object, data protection, cloud-native storage) to shape customer proposals and ensure technical and business needs are met end-to-end.* Identifies key technical and architectural risks, ensuring proposed solutions align with customer requirements and clearly articulating differentiated value to the wider account team.* Provides insights to address customer trends, storage modernization needs, performance or data-management gaps, and emerging requirements such as hybrid cloud or cyber-resiliency.* Translates business-level outcomes into scalable, secure, and operationally efficient technical architectures.* Communicates how HPE’s storage value proposition (including GreenLake) addresses customer challenges around performance, availability, TCO, automation, or data mobility.* Tracks industry developments, storage technology innovations, and competitive offerings (including Dell, NetApp, Pure Storage, IBM, HDS), applying this knowledge when shaping customer architectures.* Guides customers on integrating or migrating technologies into existing environments, including consolidation, workload re-platforming, or hybrid cloud adoption.* Contributes to industry and community presence through conference participation, technical content creation, demos, and social media engagement.* Designs and delivers storage-centric solutions aligned to customer business requirements, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and specific customer environments.* Participates in deep-dive technical discussions, articulates technical differentiators, provides high-level designs, and supports complex PoCs or benchmarking efforts.* Supports account business planning with technical insights, risk assessments, and architecture strategy.* Proactively identifies pipeline opportunities such as refresh triggers, optimization gaps, unmet needs, and cross-selling opportunities across HPE’s storage and data services portfolio.* Actively contributes to sales forecasting with technical validation, confidence scoring, and identification of blockers or accelerators.* Shares knowledge with peers, contributes to internal enablement, and mentors less-experienced presales engineers.* First-level university technical degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent technical qualifications. Advanced technical degree is preferred.* 4–8 years of technical experience in IT with strong emphasis on enterprise storage, solution architecture, technical consulting, and/or presales engineering.* Relevant technical certifications in storage, cloud, or virtualization strongly preferred (HPE, VMware, Microsoft, AWS, vendor-specific storage certifications, etc.).* Expert-level knowledge of storage architectures and solutions (block, file, object), including hands-on experience with major vendors' portfolios and competitive differentiation.* Strong experience designing storage configurations and delivering demos, PoCs, and performance validation tests aligned with customer requirements.* Well-developed understanding of HPE’s solution offerings and how they integrate into customer environments.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening, storytelling, and the ability to communicate in both Polish and English.* Strong persuasion and discussion skills, able to represent HPE’s point of view while professionally challenging assumptions or misaligned designs.* Well-developed business and financial acumen, including pipeline management, value justification, TCO/ROI analysis, and mapping technology benefits to business outcomes.* Advanced consultative and value-selling skills: discovery, whiteboarding, objection handling, executive communication, and technical closing.* Ability to deliver live demonstrations or walk-throughs of storage platforms and management tools.* Strong strategic and account planning skills and proficiency with standard sales and CRM tools.HPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.
