The Commercial Portfolio Analyst plays a key role in supporting the growth, monitoring, and performance of INB’s Commercial Loan Portfolio. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with loan covenants, maintaining accurate portfolio data, and contributing meaningful analysis of the bank’s C&I and CRE portfolios. The role requires strong problem‑solving abilities, solid data analysis skills, and a commitment to continuous process improvement. This position provides a unique opportunity to develop broad and deep knowledge of commercial lending operations while contributing to INB’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track loan covenants, borrowing base reports, and loan exceptions. Prepare monthly and quarterly loan reports for management, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Track quarterly loan fees and identify variances or discrepancies. Maintain data integrity across all portfolio reports and systems. Complete construction progress reporting with attention to detail and follow‑up. Monitor automotive floorplan activity and identify potential risks or anomalies. Analyze portfolio data to identify trends, risk indicators, and opportunities for improvement. Assist in developing and refining processes to enhance workflow efficiency and reporting quality. Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance, or equivalent professional experience in the banking or financial industry required. Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills
Knowledge of spreadsheet software and word‑processing software. Physical Demands

$40,000.00 to $50,000.00 annually. Benefits
