Intake Manager

to oversee and optimize the intake process for complex

class-action employment law cases . In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a small, high-performing team, ensure every client receives exceptional care, and help shape the early stages of impactful legal work. You’ll work alongside respected attorneys and professionals who value initiative, clear communication, and continuous learning. This is a firm where people

Lead and refine the

intake process

for class-action employment cases, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to

evaluate case viability

and recommend next steps. Train and mentor

intake specialists, setting clear performance goals and encouraging professional growth. Oversee

data integrity, compliance, and documentation

in line with firm and legal standards. Analyze

intake trends and performance metrics

to improve processes and outcomes. Build strong relationships with clients—serving as a key connection point between them and the legal team. Develop and implement

process improvements

to increase efficiency and elevate the client experience. Actively contribute to a supportive, positive, and high-achieving team environment. What You Bring

3+ years of experience managing

intake operations

within a law firm, ideally in employment law or class-action matters. Excellent

communication and leadership

skills, with a talent for motivating teams and supporting client engagement. Strong understanding of

compliance and confidentiality standards

in a legal setting. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and leverage

Competitive base salary +
