Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Commercial Account Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and collaborate effectively across teams to achieve both client and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Understand client needs, business objectives, and market trends to offer tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.
Oversee the delivery of services/products, ensuring client satisfaction, quality, and compliance with agreed timelines and budgets.
Develop and execute account strategies to expand client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services/products.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient execution of services.
Monitor client performance and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), account health, and opportunities for improvement.
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly, ensuring their expectations are met.
Assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and managing the overall contractual relationship.
Stay current with industry trends and competitor activity to offer clients innovative solutions.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial account management, client service, or sales.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, meeting deadlines and client expectations.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with CRM software and other account management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics specific to our industry (if applicable).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in (specific industry relevant to your company).
Familiarity with project management or other operational software.
