People Strategy & Performance Manager
to help shape a high-performing, high-velocity organization.
In this role, you will drive the strategies and systems that power our talent, culture, and performance. You’ll partner closely with leaders to build clarity, accountability, and excellence across the team.
What You’ll Lead
Talent strategy – aligning business goals and organizational growth
Performance management cycles, tools, and insights
Leadership development programs and coaching
Employee experience, engagement, and onboarding
Core people operations, compliance, and scalable HR processes
What You’ll Bring
7 years in HR/People roles, including experience in performance-focused environments
Strong capability in leadership development, organizational design, and talent analytics
High-drive and an action-forward mindset
Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
