Our AI-driven platform analyzes over 160 emotion and energy signals alongside in-game behaviors to create personalized experiences that help students regulate, focus, and thrive. About the Role We’re looking for dynamic and passionate Implementation Specialists to join our growing team on a full time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for former educators, education students, or mental health advocates looking to make a real impact in schools. In this position, you’ll lead in-person training and implementation sessions in K–8 school settings. You’ll introduce students and teachers to our innovative solution, helping them feel confident and excited about using our platform.

What You’ll Do

Deliver engaging, hands‑on in-person training sessions for school partners.

Introduce and support the implementation of our tool in classrooms, working directly with students, teachers, and school leaders.

Schedule demonstrations and implementations with school sites across the territory and manage support at schools with a team of part‑time consultants.

Dedicate multiple days per month to account management and customer success, checking in with schools you’ve implemented to ensure continued success and support.

Collaborate with company leadership and fellow team members to ensure smooth rollouts.

Be physically active during sessions, which may require standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours), and occasionally climbing stairs in school buildings.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Comfortable working with K–8 students and educators

Ability to travel throughout your territory

Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to meet deadlines

Flexible and adaptable in fast‑changing environments

Comfortable with technology, learning new digital tools, and problem‑solving

Preferred: Background in teaching, school administration, or professional development

Why Join Us?

Competitive compensation based on experience

A chance to directly impact the mental well‑being of young learners

Be part of a cutting‑edge movement transforming mental health in education

If you’re excited to empower students and bring emotional well‑being into every classroom, we’d love to hear from you!
