Overview
McShane Construction is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager for primarily multifamily projects. This role is responsible for preliminary budgeting, schedules, bidding process, procurement, prequalification of subcontractors, detailed take‑off and estimating, and definition of bid packages. The Preconstruction Manager will work closely with owners, designers, and subcontractors to maintain strong relationships.
