We’re seeking a motivated Residential Landscape Project Sales Representative to join our Seattle-based team. This is a great chance to handle sales, close deals on outdoor projects, and earn strong commissions while growing your career in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:
Identify sales leads and conduct consultations to understand client needs for residential landscapes
Estimate project costs and create detailed proposals
Present proposals and close sales on custom outdoor projects (not all projects require designs)
Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project hand off; share projects with seasoned designers when needed (resulting in a small commission split); continue to support the client relationship during installation

Requirements
Experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, home improvement, or related fields
Proven track record of closing home improvement projects and meeting sales targets
Horticultural proficiency is essential, along with knowledge of design concepts and construction estimating
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Passion for client-focused sales
Professional and approachable demeanor
CAD experience is a plus but not required
Availability for evening or Saturday appointments is required
No overnight travel
Guaranteed base of $45,000 annually ($21.63/hour)
15% commission on installed revenue (net of write-offs and credits), with excess paid monthly
Small commission split on projects shared with seasoned designers
Target total compensation: $150,000 - $200,000
