What You’ll Do:
Complete assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP) and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and support their growth through coaching and feedback
Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to support client goals
Document services and progress in compliance with payer and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For:
Current
BCBA certification
with active NJ license
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
ABA experience in home or community settings strongly preferred
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about client success
Spanish-speaking is a plus
to better support our diverse client base
Compensation & Perks:
Competitive pay:
$75–$90/hour , depending on experience
Sign-on bonus
available after 90 days
Referral bonuses
for new staff or client referrals
Travel stipends
based on case location
Paid opportunities for
assessments, supervision, and trainings
