Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback of other Tax Managers/Staff Strengthen and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary contact Expert‑level tax planning and consulting, identifying opportunities to optimize financial outcomes Collaborate with Partners and other departments within the firm to deliver a high‑level service Effectively manage multiple engagements, meeting deadlines and pushing to exceed expectations Contribution to continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures Qualifications
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in tax and accounting> Proven experience in a Manager‑level capacity Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations Strong management/leadership skills, high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct Benefits
