We’re seeking experienced, ambitious licensed real estate agent or brokers to join our firm. This is a great opportunity to grow your business within a global brand while playing an integral role in shaping our Boston footprint.

About the Role As a Sales Agent, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, market expert, and brand ambassador. This is role is perfect for agents who want to align with a forward-thinking brand and transact in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

What You’ll Do

Conduct showings and private tours for buyers, sellers, renters, and investors

Build a personal pipeline while contributing to the collective success of the team

Prospect new business through referrals, social platforms, events, and strategic outreach

Manage all stages of the sales process — from lead qualification to deal close

Collaborate with in-house marketing, leadership, and global partners to create bespoke client experiences

Prepare offers, facilitate negotiations, and coordinate transaction logistics

Maintain up-to-date CRM records and manage client communication efficiently

Qualifications

2+ years of proven real estate sales or leasing experience

Active Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson or Broker license

Self-starter with strong time management and follow-up skills

Passion for luxury real estate, architecture, and client service

Tech-savvy: CRM experience and basic Microsoft Office proficiency

Strong interpersonal skills and a high standard of professionalism
