Everlight Solar is seeking an experienced installer responsible for leading HVAC system installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring code compliance. Requires EPA 608 Certification, Journeyman Mechanical Installer certification, and 5+ years of field experience. This role is trusted to work independently and mentor junior team members.
This is a permanent, full-time, direct-hire position. This position is based out of Minneapolis, MN and requires on-site presence.

Responsibilities
Participate in active project pre-planning and job preparation
Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 apprentice electricians.
Qualifications
EPA 608 Certification (required).
Journeyman Mechanical Installer certification (required).
5+ years of field experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
Valid driver’s license required.
Have full range of mobility in the upper and lower body - Be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.
Must be able to multi-task
Thrive in a team environment
Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
Be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks
Be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday
Ability to climb ladders and install conduits
Perform work at heights of 20 feet or more
Willing to submit to a driving, drug, and criminal background check
Possess all necessary tools to complete the work.

Starting salary range:
$80,000-$95,000/ year
