Key Responsibilities

Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment handling.

Interpret landscape blueprints and execute landscape construction plans.

Operate mechanical equipment including skid steers, mini‑excavators, augers, chainsaws, concrete saws, and hand tools.

Drive and operate vehicles including dump trucks and truck/trailer combinations.

Support Team Leader with client communication, walkthroughs, and small plan adjustments.

Assist with job paperwork such as timesheets, work orders, and material logs.

Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean throughout the project.

Communicate job progress and concerns with the Team Leader.

Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.

Assist with snow removal during winter months.

Maintain equipment and report necessary repairs.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of landscaping experience preferred but not required.

Must be able to read, write, and follow written plans or blueprints.

Knowledge of horticulture, paver installation, and retaining walls is a plus.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors.

Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and on uneven terrain.

Creative and self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Occasional Saturday work may be required

Work Location

Onsite – Projects are based in the local area with some travel as needed.
