$16.00/hr - $25.00/hr Summary: Stateline CJDR is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Entry Level Technician's to join our dynamic team. As a member of the Auto Industry, you will have the opportunity to work with house hold name brands, and learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, a strong work ethic and the willingness to learn and develop their skills.
Compensation & Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a competitive hourly rate within the range of $16 - $25 per hour, paid semimonthly. Additionally, they will have access to benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.
Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic tests and identify automotive issues Perform routine maintenance services on vehicles Repair and replace faulty components Follow safety protocols and guidelines Keep records of all repairs and services performed Communicate effectively with team members and customers Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with technical advancements
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred Knowledge of automotive technology and repair methods Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment Strong problem-solving skills Detail oriented with good organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Must have a valid driver's license
