Key Responsibilities
Basic computer/software knowledge
Lead and execute residential remodeling projects from demolition to final finishes
Perform carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, tiling, and finish work
Troubleshoot and complete plumbing and electrical tasks as part of the remodeling scope
Manage jobsite activities and coordinate with team members and clients
Read and interpret blueprints and scopes of work
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Mentor junior carpenters and laborers through example and guidance
Track project progress and report any issues with a problem‑solving mindset
Comfortable working up high at times
Qualifications
8 years of experience in remodeling and construction preferred.
Advanced skills across all trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, finish work
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and lead small crews
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Committed to high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Basic hand tools required (hammer, tape measure, etc.)

Schedule
Full-Time
Monday-Friday
Occasional overtime based on project demand
Location
On-site work throughout Ohio (mainly residential properties)
