We are seeking an experienced Seasonal Commercial HVAC Installer to join our fast‑growing R&W team. The ideal candidate has a can‑do attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and a high level of customer service. Job Responsibilities

Independently install equipment and duct work Complete paperwork daily and record materials used accurately Coordinate with general contractors in other trades on installing equipment and duct work Lay out roof curbs, fabricate duct fittings, and layout job without supervision Read blueprints and create material lists Perform all jobs with safety first in mind Accountabilities

Continual learning and development through FirstCall Academy to maintain industry skill level Provide elite customer service to continue being the first call for HVAC needs Organizational Alignment

This position reports to the local Install Manager and engages with the install team and all customers. Qualifications

3–6+ years of install mechanic experience Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record OSHA 10 required Availability for flexible hours and on‑call shifts as needed Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills Ability to interpret State Mechanical Codes Frequent lifting of 75 pounds and ability to lift and regularly carry items weighing up to 50 pounds Physical ability to work in awkward places, from ladders or scaffolding as required Behavioral Profile

Language Skills

Read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos Write correspondence and present information clearly to customers, clients, and employees Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and compute rates, ratios, percentages Draw and interpret graphs Reasoning Ability
