Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes by offering handyman services, home assessments, and regular maintenance.
Job Summary We are searching for a reliable lead home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community and lead a group of technicians who will report to you.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of technicians and manage daily assignments
Perform critical thinking and creative problem solving for customer issues
Execute bathroom upgrades and remodels
Handle drywall repair, patching, and caulking
Install and repair flooring
Conduct general carpentry projects
Perform general home repairs and handyman work
Manage kitchen repair and remodel projects
Address minor plumbing and electrical tasks
Paint interior and exterior surfaces
Qualifications
10+ years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Standard tools available
Legal U.S. citizenship
Fluent in English
Experience leading a team (preferred)
