A-1 Mechanical of Michigan . A-1 Mechanical is seeking skilled Residential New Construction HVAC Installers. No prior HVAC experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong interest in HVAC systems and mechanical code standards. Key Responsibilities
Assist in installing HVAC equipment, gas piping, duct systems, copper refrigerant lines, and wiring for heating and cooling systems. Perform brazing and soldering of copper lines with care. Manage inventory on company vehicles, ensuring parts are stocked and organized. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Communicate effectively with company representatives and adhere to schedules. Complete paperwork accurately daily. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols. Qualifications
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 4+ years. Ability to pass physical, drug screening, and background checks. Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed. Preferred Skills
Mechanical aptitude. Self-motivated with ability to work independently or as part of a team. Professional appearance and commitment to ongoing training and certifications. Excellent problem-solving skills. Compensation and Benefits
