Job Details
Responsibilities
Travel regularly to job sites throughout the continental U.S.
Perform a range of labor tasks including site setup, cleanup, unloading materials, and moving equipment
Support skilled tradespeople with day-to-day construction activities
Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision
Learn new building techniques and apply them in the field
Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols
Communicate clearly with supervisors and site teams
Requirements
High school diploma or GED and ability to travel full-time across U.S. sites
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, working on your feet for extended periods, and operating in all weather
Must pass a full background check
Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions closely
Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-driven
Prior Construction Experience Is Helpful But Not Required
