HVAC Mechanical Journeyperson
Grade:
Hourly 18 | H-18
Summary:
Complete all assigned work orders promptly. Report labor, costs, and relevant notes to your foreperson daily.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Current state mechanical journeyperson license
Current EPA certification
Understanding of city codes and EPA regulations
Knowledge of HVAC control systems, boilers, and heating equipment
Proper use of hand tools
Five years of HVAC maintenance experience
Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance
Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs and climb ladders/scaffolds
Willingness to learn Microsoft Office and Google Office Suites
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
