North County Landscape Co. has a rare opportunity for the right person in the position of Landscape Construction Installer. To be successful in this job, you must: enjoy working outside year-round, have an insurable driving record and have an eye for detail. You must work well on a close-knit team and be able to follow directions from the Crew Leader/Supervisor. The successful candidate will fit into our five-star values culture.
Job Summary LandscapingInstallers are part of a two—to three-member team that works outside year-round, installing paver patios, retaining walls, planting beds, irrigation, drainage, and more!
Responsibilities and Duties
Follow directions as givenby your Crew Leader & Project Supervisor.
Usethe appropriate tools & equipment for each task safely and as specified.
Assist with daily loading, unloading, and checklists oftrucks, trailers, and equipment.
Minimum Requirements
Must be able to lift 60 lbs consistently throughout the day as the project requires.
Must be able to bend and squat frequently throughout the day.
Work for 10 or more hours per day in potentially adverse weather conditions.
Maintain a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Ability to ask questions and communicate understanding.
Desire to learn the trade of landscaping.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Desired Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish a plus.
Valid WA State driver's license with an insurable driving record.
Landscaping, hardscaping and or irrigation experience.
Benefits and Perks
Competitive pay scale $22.00 to $26.00 based on experience
Four-day work week and lots of overtime during the high season.
Paid time off after probationary period.
