As a Construction Irrigation Foreman, you will help our clients develop and install outstanding landscapes. You will be responsible for helping a landscape construction crew of 2-5 employees and help drive production, quality, safety, and efficiency among the team. Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here: Installing irrigation, plant material outdoor lighting and hardscapes using a variety of landscaping tools and equipment such as a Trencher, Mini- excavator and Skid steers in a safe manner. Actively promoting the DTE safety program. Overseeing Irrigation installs and training the team in proper installation. Adjusting crews based on properties or weather conditions Ordering Irrigation material in advance to keep the job moving forward. Conducting effective safety, equipment and timekeeping training Performing site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material Maintaining a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients Performing other tasks as assigned Requirements Minimum 2 years of related experience Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions Must be able to read and comprehend Plans provided by clients.
