Phoenix Renovation & Design is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Tile Setters to join our Field Operations team. This full-time role is ideal for a tile installation professional with an eye for precision and a commitment to excellence. The right candidate will bring craftsmanship and care to every project – from bathroom floors to kitchen backsplashes – while working efficiently, neatly, and respectfully in clients’ homes. Measure, layout, and prepare surfaces for tile installation Cut and install tile on floors, walls, showers, and backsplashes using appropriate tools and techniques Apply adhesives, thin-set mortar, and grout with accuracy and cleanliness Perform waterproofing procedures as required for wet areas Ensure precise tile spacing, leveling, and alignment for professional results Follow design specifications and blueprints to meet client expectations Maintain clean and organized job sites before, during, and after installation Communicate clearly with project managers and clients regarding progress and timelines Adhere to safety standards and follow all company protocols on-site Qualifications

5 years of experience in tile installation, including floors, walls, and custom designs High level of craftsmanship and attention to detail in finishing work Proficiency in using tile cutters, grinders, trowels, and other installation tools Knowledge of proper waterproofing and leveling techniques Ability to read and follow layout drawings or blueprints Reliable and professional with strong communication skills Able to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and possess a valid driver’s license Paid Time Off Weekly or bi-weekly pay cycle Paid training and certifications Mentorship and career development opportunities Company-provided uniforms Participation in team outings, annual trips, and employee recognition programs Eligible for employee rewards and sales contests Schedule
