We are seeking a skilled and professional Commercial Service Plumber with at least five years of hands‑on experience. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, replacing, and installing plumbing systems in a commercial environment, including water, gas, sewer, and air systems. Job Responsibilities
Repair, replace, and install fixtures, valves, faucets, shower pans, water heaters, pumps, disposers, water conditioners, filters, boilers, and lift stations. Locate and repair leaks in water, gas, air, and sewer lines; replace sections of same or entire services. Install new piping services while ensuring no damage or scarring to existing structure or surrounding property. Provide sewer service and clear stoppages. Complete work orders in full with all material used itemized (including part numbers) and priced, a description of work performed, and an accurate date and time on the job listed. Collect payment from customers as necessary and execute credit card slips accurately. Maintain a clean truck and truck stock in a neat and orderly manner; restock as needed and notify purchasing department of items used. Maintain all tools, equipment, and safety materials in good working order; notify supervisor of any defective tools or unsafe conditions. Complete time sheets daily and account for all time. Work independently, in teams, and with representatives from other companies to achieve project completion and customer satisfaction. Operate safely with chemicals, hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and company‑owned vehicles. Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, supervisors, helpers, inspectors, and others in person and via work orders. Accountabilities
Independently perform skilled commercial plumbing tasks, maintaining high‑quality workmanship that prevents damage to existing structures. Accurately complete all work orders and ensure customer satisfaction upon job completion. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in safe, working condition and promptly report deficiencies. Organizational Alignment
This position reports to the Branch Manager. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of commercial service plumbing experience. Work with minimum required supervision. Working knowledge of plumbing and construction codes and practices. Ability to perform bending, kneeling, stooping, stretching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical tasks. Journeyman’s plumbing license or equivalent education and skills. Strong math, technical, and analytical skills. Possess and maintain own hand tools necessary to perform the essential functions. Neat appearance and adherence to dress code. Valid Florida driver’s license and good driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must read, write, and speak English fluently. Good physical condition. Behavioral Profile

Must read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate clearly with customers, team members, dispatchers, inspectors, and supervisors; all documentation must be completed accurately and legibly. Mathematical Skills
Basic math proficiency is required to calculate materials, make change when collecting payments, measure and install piping accurately, and complete work orders with correct part pricing and job times. Reasoning Ability
Diagnose plumbing issues, evaluate repair options, and execute safe and efficient solutions in the field; think independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Environmental and Physical Requirements
Work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions—bright light, dim light, semi-darkness, loud noise, quiet environments; comfortable with active equipment, chemicals, power tools, and heavy machinery. Good physical condition required, able to lift up to 50 pounds. Seniority Level
