CNC Machinists
who can contribute to high-quality production in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or mills to produce precision components.
Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T symbols, and work instructions.
Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and basic program edits at the machine.
Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision tools.
Ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
Maintain equipment, tooling, and workspaces according to safety and 5S practices.
Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with supervisors/engineers as needed.
Document production data and complete required paperwork.
Qualifications
2+ years of CNC machining experience (lathe or mill).
Strong blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude.
Experience with Fanuc, Haas, or similar CNC controls.
Ability to use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
Solid understanding of machining processes, feeds/speeds, and tooling.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
Shift & Pay
All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd).
