Our factory outside of Nashville, Tennessee, is staffed by passionate, skilled, and hardworking professionals dedicated to transforming how healthcare is delivered. At Odulair, you'll work on a variety of projects, collaborate with a talented team, and gain hands-on experience that pushes the boundaries of mobile healthcare solutions. Yes, you’ll learn from us, but we expect to learn from you too! This position reports to the Head of Engineering or their designee and is located outside of Nashville, TN. Collaborates in the creation of detailed technical drawings and plans for mobile medical clinics. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for mobile medical clinics using CAD software. Collaborate closely with engineers and production teams to translate concepts into precise technical drawings. Ensure that all drawings adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Odulair's quality standards. Review and modify designs based on feedback from engineers and other stakeholders. Maintain and organize a library of all technical drawings and revisions. Assist in preparing documentation and technical reports as needed. Perform quality checks on drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness. Stay updated with industry best practices and new CAD software features. Follow all safety regulations in all drafting activities. Other duties as assigned by the Head of Engineering or their designee. Education and Work Experience: Associate’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CAD Drafter, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment. Proven proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software. Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings. Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical documents. Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes is a plus. A can-do, positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential. Equipment and Applications: Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Google Workspace. Familiarity with ERP systems and technical documentation tools is a plus. Work Environment Physical Demands: Ability to work in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment while maintaining a methodical approach. Primarily office-based with some exposure to the production floor for measurements and inspections. Compliance with Odulair's Health and Safety Policy and all relevant safety regulations is mandatory.
