$19/hr - $32/hr based on experience
$1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS!
3 weeks of PTO upon hire!!
Paid weekly!
4-day work week! (4x10)
$6,240/annual ($3/hr) shift premium for 2nd shift positions
$1,200/annual tool allowance
$200/annual boot allowance
$1,200/annual CDL A or B Stipend

Duties & Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on trailer refrigeration units.
Diagnose and repair issues on Carrier Units (2019-2024) & ThermoKing units (2024).
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, fans, hoses, belts, and electronic controls.
Ensure all repairs meet or exceed manufacturer’s specifications and company standards.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation regarding maintenance and repairs.
Manage inventory of parts and supplies.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with drivers and fleet managers.
Stay up-to-date with industry technology and repair techniques through ongoing education and training.
Assist other Technicians as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Talent Requirements
608 Certification preferred.
Experience with TRUs (Transport Refrigeration Units) preferred.
ThermoKing and/or Carrier factory certifications preferred.
Understanding of transportation refrigeration operation and microprocessor control systems.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Basic computer skills applicable to diagnostic tooling.
Valid Driver's License.
Language Proficiency Requirements Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required for this position, as it is essential for daily communication and performing job duties effectively.
