Job Overview Digs Site Work is seeking full-time Construction Laborers to join our growing site work division. This role is perfect for individuals who are ready to work hard, learn valuable skills, and take pride in quality workmanship. Whether you're new to the construction industry or looking to expand your experience, we offer a dynamic environment with long-term opportunities and steady work across commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks such as digging, shoveling, lifting, and moving materials

Maintain clean and organized job sites

Assist skilled trades and equipment operators as needed

Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE

Load/unload tools, equipment, and materials

Support various phases of site preparation and construction

Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers

Qualifications

No previous construction experience required – willingness to learn is key

Ability to lift, bend, shovel, and perform physical tasks daily

Strong work ethic with attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Must be reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

Pass a background check and drug screening

Schedule Full-Time: Monday – Friday

Location This is a travel-based position, with job sites rotating depending on current projects. Per diem and travel support are provided.
