Pompano Beach / Miami Area, FL Full-Time | Non-Exempt Schedule:

Monday–Friday (some weekends as needed)

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades

Assist with installation and repair of roofing systems

Safely remove old roofing materials

Apply roof coatings as directed

Load, unload, and stage tools and materials

Set up ladders, scaffolds, and safety gear

Maintain clean, safe job sites

Follow company and OSHA safety procedures

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements / Requisitos

Comfortable working at heights (flat and sloped roofs)

Lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in heat and weather

Use of hand and power tools

Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn

Able to work as part of a team
