Installing HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork Following installation checklists and commissioning procedures to ensure high-quality installs Working with a lead/helper to complete jobs efficiently Communicating professionally with customers and teammates Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked vehicles Ensuring job site cleanliness and performing quality control checks What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience Proficient in reading and following installation manuals and blueprints Ability to troubleshoot and make adjustments on-site EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills Why Join One Hour?
