Lead Plumber
to join our team. We seek dependable professionals who are ready to lead with skill, integrity, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and light commercial plumbing issues
Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations (water heaters, pipe systems, fixtures, etc.)
Lead and mentor apprentices on job sites
Communicate clearly with customers, providing estimates and explaining recommended services
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
Complete detailed job notes and photos using mobile software
Occasionally assist with job materials, scheduling coordination, and follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Louisiana Journeyman or Master Plumber License
(required)
3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience
Clean, professional appearance and strong communication skills
Ability to supervise and train apprentice plumbers
Experience using Housecall Pro or similar field service software is preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or crawlspaces
Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
