We are offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus for this position that will be paid out to you over the first year of employment. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel,crouch, and/or crawl Strongcustomer service and communication skills Key Responsibilities Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Diagnose,repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes, including pipes,drains, water heaters, and fixtures Installnew plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, garbage disposals, faucets, andother plumbing appliances as needed Respond toservice calls in a timely manner and communicate effectively with clients aboutplumbing issues and repair options Performroutine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify and fix minor issuesbefore they become major problems Ensure allwork is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes, regulations, andsafety standards Accuratelydocument all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job Provideexcellent customer service by explaining plumbing issues and offering repairsolutions that meet the customer's needs Operateplumbing tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized workenvironment Performemergency plumbing services, including after-hours calls when required Keepup-to-date with the latest plumbing technology and techniques through continuededucation Manage andmeasure the work of an apprentice on the job. Assist with additional trainingas necessary Maintainorganized truck, adequate truck stock, and tools Practicals You'llreport to: Plumbing manager Team:Plumbing Location:Dayton, Columbus, or Cincinnati Startdate: As soon as possible Compensation At Logan Services, we are committed to providing competitive and fairpay that reflects the skills and contributions of our employees.
