We’re looking for an experienced leader who has: At least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. At least 2 years of prior gutter installation experience. A positive attitude and strong communication/customer service skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. The ability to give and follow directions effectively. A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons. An interest in growing with the company and contributing to a supportive work culture. Additional requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license. Responsibilities
Lead gutter installation projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving on the job. Supervise and direct team members, fostering collaboration and efficiency. Represent CO Roofing & Solar with professionalism and integrity. Participate in leadership development opportunities as part of our growth-focused company culture. Competitive hourly pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience). Overtime opportunities.
