Install doors, windows, stairs, and flooring to meet or exceed finish standards

Coordinate and assist with siding installation, waterproofing, and air sealing within modular systems

Conduct quality control inspections and troubleshoot fit/finish issues before shipping and during on‑site installation

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve constructability challenges in modular design

Train, mentor, and oversee junior carpenters and laborers in finish techniques, tool safety, and jobsite productivity

Support on‑site module installation and perform supplemental framing and finish work, including roof framing, truss rolling, and field‑fit adjustments

Maintain accurate documentation of field modifications and redlines for feedback into the prefab design loop

Proactively identify material, tooling, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Manage time, manpower, and materials effectively to ensure timely delivery and installation of finish packages

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in high‑end finish carpentry; modular or panelized construction experience is strongly preferred

Deep knowledge of residential building assemblies, code compliance, and moisture management best practices

Advanced tool proficiency, including power and hand tools used in fine carpentry and modular installation

Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities; able to train and lead small teams effectively

Reliable transportation capable of carrying tools and materials between sites; clean driving record required

Must own a complete set of finish carpentry tools and keep them in safe, working condition

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and personal accountability

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Strong desire for professional growth, technical learning, and career advancement in an innovative construction environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in modular, prefabricated, or offsite construction environments

Working knowledge of CAD/shop drawings and architectural plan interpretation

Cross‑trade knowledge (e.g., light framing, cabinetry, drywall, or mechanical systems)

OSHA 10/30 certification and knowledge of jobsite safety protocols
