Mobile Automotive Service Technician Bob Thomas Ford is looking for a mobile technician, who must be capable of basic auto maintenance— recalls, computer and electrical diagnosis, DOT inspections, brakes, batteries. Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards. Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly. Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing all authorized repairs. Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to customers. Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed. Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate. Providing an exceptional customer experience to continue loyalty. Ability to work in severe weather conditions. Ability to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly. Benefits
