Responsibilities

Tackle intricate mechanical and electrical challenges in chiller and boiler systems.

Accurately estimate resources needed for large-scale projects.

Interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics.

Collaborate effectively with various trades and contractors.

Guide and support junior technicians with your wealth of experience.

Uphold compliance and maintain systems efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years in commercial HVAC and mechanical experience.

EPA Certification is a must.

A spotless driving record.

In-depth knowledge of commercial and multi-housing systems.

Exceptional problem-solving skills for HVAC systems.
