Overview
This is C Shift schedule - Mon - Thurs - 6:30 pm - 5 am. Position Summary: Under general direction of the Floor Leader, the Press Brake Operator is responsible for set-up and operation of press brake equipment per specifications and standard operating procedures. Responsibilities
Operates press brake fabrication equipment including but not limited to: Amada ATC, Salvagnini P2, Manual Press Brake, and other bending / forming equipment. Operates forming equipment, troubleshoots, and makes adjustments to programs and equipment as necessary. Reads and interprets blueprints including material gauge and tolerances. Develops and maintains program files, tooling library, and tooling racks. Works with floor leader to ensure quality control on piece parts and adheres to standard operating procedures. Maintains inventory accuracy and raw materials. Effectively communicates with team to ensure seamless transitions between shifts. Reports concerns, issues, and shortages to appropriate leaders. Verifies material thickness as called out on material pick list. Capable of using measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, etc.). Performs first/last article quality checks and checks parts for burrs. Removes tabs, removes PVC coating from parts, and deburrs parts after cutting as necessary. Places parts neatly with job orders and delivers to next work center. Maintains clean and functional work areas and adheres to safety policies and procedures. Identifies improvements and suggests Continuous Improvement ideas to fabrication leadership to improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and increase throughput. Performs other related duties as assigned by Leader(s). Essential Role Responsibilities

Basic organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated team player with the ability to work in multi-task environment. Ability to differentiate colors, use basic hand tools, read engineering blueprints, bill of materials. Ability to operate most fabrication equipment. Knowledge of production/quality standards, and assembly procedures/processes (preferred). Demonstrates mechanical aptitude. Essential Education & Experience
1-4 years knowledge and experience with Press Brakes (Amada/Salvagnini/Manual/Bender) (Preferred) Pay
Pay Range: $24.46 - $30.57 per hour. This role is bonus eligible. The actual pay rate for this position will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s skills, education, experience, and qualifications. Benefits
