Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Product Owner with a strong background in infrastructure to lead the development and execution of critical IT initiatives within the banking and capital markets sector. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge business needs with technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure platforms. Key Responsibilities Act as the Product Owner for infrastructure-related initiatives, managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks based on business impact. Translate business requirements into actionable technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with stakeholders across banking, capital markets, and IT to gather requirements and validate features. Ensure infrastructure reliability and performance for critical financial applications. Promote Agile best practices (Scrum or SAFe) within infrastructure teams. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure SLA adherence, and conduct risk assessments for infrastructure changes. Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in infrastructure or platform engineering. Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and DevOps toolchains. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in regulated financial environments. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
