Customer Service / Sales Rep

What You'll Do As a Customer Service / Sales Rep, you will be the friendly voice and welcoming presence of SwimKids. In this role, you will:
Help families understand their class options and enroll in the right lessons
Keep our class schedule organized and accurate
Answer incoming calls and assist with customer questions and concerns
Provide a positive, helpful experience for every family
Support a fun, health‑focused environment for kids and parents
What We're Looking For
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced setting
Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
Friendly, upbeat, and creative problem‑solver
Someone who thrives in a team‑oriented environment
