Webuild (www.webuildstaffing.com) is seeking an experienced Land Survey / AutoCAD Technician to perform in-office land surveying tasks and support Project Surveyors in managing a portfolio of land development projects throughout the Seattle, Washington area.

Responsibilities
Perform in-office land surveying tasks.
Support Project Surveyors in managing a portfolio of land development projects.
Create boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeout sheets, as-builts, and topographical surveys.
Process field notes and prepare survey drawings for commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments.
Use AutoCAD LDD, Civil 3D, and related software to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in land surveying, working within engineering firms, consulting companies, or governmental agencies. This experience should include processing field notes and preparing survey drawings for a range of projects, including commercial, mixed-use, and residential developments. Candidates must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field, proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
