We are currently seeking superstar Customer Service Attendants to help us continue our mission of delivering clean cars and uplifted spirits! This position is for our Capitol location (newly acquired Tumwater Auto Spa) in Tumwater.
MAIN JOB CATEGORIES
CUSTOMER SERVICE – go the extra mile to create moments that wow our customers and create Raving Fans through processing wash requests & vehicle prepping
SALES – build knowledge of our products/services and be able to recommend what best meets the customer’s needs
CLEANING – help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness (building, tunnel, landscaping, etc.)
SAFETY – ensure a safe environment for all team members and experience for all customers
TEAM – work with an amazing team, rotating positions throughout the day & following Wave procedures & policies, including appearance expectations
