MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR BALDWIN COUNTY AREA The Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for developing, reviewing, and closing residential mortgage loans while delivering exceptional customer service. This role focuses on generating new business through networking, community outreach, and referral relationships, as well as guiding borrowers through the loan application and approval process. The MLO will evaluate borrower needs, collect and verify financial documentation, ensure compliance with lending regulations, and coordinate with underwriting and processing teams to achieve timely closings. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, sales-driven, and able to build strong relationships in a growing, customer-focused banking environment.
