We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in the automotive parts industry and a strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Process parts orders, including locating and ordering parts from suppliers
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that parts are properly stocked and organized
Assist with receiving and stocking new inventory
Work closely with the service department to ensure that the correct parts are ordered and delivered in a timely manner
Keep up to date with the latest automotive parts and accessories to provide customers with the best options
Requirements
Intermediate experience in the automotive parts industry
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency with computer systems and parts catalog software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment
Valid driver's license
