Concrete Carpenters/Finishers/Rod Busters
with industrial experience. To be considered for this position it is required you have at least
2 years of Experience working with concrete. $28-$32/Hour = Depending on Experience Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Functions): Load and unload trucks and haul and hoist materials. Excavate and prep for concrete forms. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery, equipment, and materials. Able to work with all types of hand and power tools such as trowels, skillsaws, hammer drills, concrete saws, layout, measuring equipment, small equipment and general construction tools. Ability to work from blueprints, drawings, or oral instructions. May be required to perform tasks from other job descriptions depending on available work and schedules, wall/foundation building as form setter, earthwork, etc. Able to pump water using the appropriate equipment. Respond to the Field Engineer, Concrete Foreman and their team to resolve issues. Ability to tie rebar and set string line for setting concrete forms. Perform concrete placement and finish to include placing, finishing, curing, and cutting of concrete slabs. Ensure applications of floor toppings & finishes to meet project requirements consistent with floor flatness and floor levelness. Required to perform a variety of tasks including erecting and setting forms for concrete structures, buildings, and site work, according to specifications and drawings. Must have knowledge of proper cross slopes and acceptable tolerances of sidewalks, ADA ramps, curbs, driveways, and other concrete structures. Patching and repairing of concrete work, concrete restoration and concrete joint treatments. Proficient in the use of tools: straight edges to establish grade, bull floats, mops, Highway Straight Edges, float blades, combo blades, hand tools, sledgehammer, hand saws, power drills, saws, lasers and finish blades. Ability to use hand tools for floor finishing, edging, joint tooling, single and double trowel machines, curing, pump and vibratory equipment, walk-behind trowels and double riders. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all tools and equipment required. Work at Heights at 10+ ft. Exposure to Extreme Heat. Exposure to Noise - 80DB - TWA. Frequent Walking, Climbing, Bending, Standing, Sitting and Lifting 40 lbs. or more. Requirements: Have a valid Driver’s License. Must be able to pass a Drug Test. Must be able to pass a Background Check. OSHA 10/30 Certification preferred. Supply Basic Concrete Carpenter/Finisher Tools. Benefits:
