This is an experienced role. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of skilled gutter installation, carpentry, or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and team members are essential. You will be groomed for leadership and growth within our established brand. Required Experience: Positive attitude Excellent communication skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons Interest in growing with the company Willingness to work overtime Previous gutter services/installation experience is a plus Compensation:
$800-1000+ per week, based on 8% of revenue per crew. The more you produce, the more you earn. Requirements: Construction/Carpentry: 1+ years Must be 18 or older Valid driver’s license required About The Brothers that just do Gutters: We are a full-service rain gutter and gutter guard franchise, offering repair, installation, and maintenance of seamless gutters, gutter guards, and more.
