This role is responsible for a wide variety of physical tasks that support the building of large-scale commercial construction projects while ensuring the site remains safe, clean, and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Perform general cleanup and debris removal on the casino jobsite. Prepare and level ground for scaffolding. Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment. Assist with digging, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks. Follow all site rules and maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards. Qualifications: No prior construction experience required — full training provided. Ability to perform physically demanding labor in varying conditions.
