OVERVIEW: We are looking for a motivated, driven individual to join our growing millwork division. Successful mechanics are proficient with power tools, possess a high attention to detail, focus on quality craftsmanship, and take pride in a job well done. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Read blueprints to cut and prepare plywood cabinets Measure, cut and apply laminate paneling Cut and polish Quartz or Corian countertops Operate power tools including saws, routers, and other millwork machines Maintain a clean work area Ability to follow directions and specific process steps to ensure quality workmanship Construct components/fixtures QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to lift heavy equipment regularly Ability to work while kneeling, bending, stooping, or crouching Demonstrate mechanical aptitude Capable of reading blueprints helpful but not required Forklift experiencehelpful but not required Prior experience working in a trade preferred (pluming, electrical, carpentry, welding, etc.) We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401k with company match.
